Your message and your email
When you send a voice message or a written message, the site forwards your message and your email address to Marko by email. For a voice message, the recording of your voice is attached to the email, with its transcript. Their only purpose is to let Marko reply to you. They are used for nothing else: no marketing, no resale, no profiling.
Nothing is stored by the site: there is no database. Your message passes through the server while it is being sent, then it is discarded. The email Marko receives stays in his inbox for the time of your exchange. The processors below may keep limited technical records for a limited time (delivery logs, abuse monitoring), under their own policies.
To prevent abuse, your IP address is counted (5 messages per hour at most), then erased within two hours. This processing is based on Marko's legitimate interest in replying to the people who contact him.
Processors
- Vercel: hosting the site and sending messages.
- OpenAI: transcribing a voice message, for the email sent to Marko. The transcript is never shown to you.
- Resend: delivering the email to Marko.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): anti-bot check, loaded when you open the voice message panel.
- Upstash: limiting the number of messages per IP address.
These providers may process data in the United States, under the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers outside the European Union.
Analytics and cookies
Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without any identifier kept from one day to the next: only aggregate visit statistics are produced. The site sets no cookies.
